Piedmont Housing Group (PHG) is an owner and developer of apartment communities for seniors and families that was formed in 2017.  The principals of PHG have extensive experience in the ownership and development of multifamily communities and own 17 properties in Georgia and South Carolina.  Of those properties, 12 have placed in service and 2 are currently under construction.  The principals of PHG will soon begin construction on an additional 3 properties that are expected to place in service in 2018.

 

The principals of PHG have a combined 25 years of experience in the development of quality apartment properties that use a financing structure consisting of tax credits and soft financing programs.
